NameWick is a fun, lighthearted platform for sharing photos on creative domain names. All domain names are owned by NameWick — users create temporary surprise pages, not purchase the domains themselves. This Acceptable Use Policy ensures the platform remains safe and enjoyable for everyone. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload or display content that:

Prohibited Uses

Photo Consent

By uploading or editing a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use the image and that any individuals depicted have given their consent. Edited content is subject to the same moderation and consent rules as the original upload. If a person appearing in a photo requests removal, we will promptly take down the content via our takedown process.

Automated Moderation

All uploaded photos are automatically screened by our content moderation system. Content that is flagged as potentially inappropriate will be rejected before it can be displayed. This automated system is not perfect and we reserve the right to manually review and remove content at any time.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Termination of the page without refund
• Temporary or permanent ban from the Service
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law
