Overview
NameWick, operated by Zimmify Private Limited, offers surprise pages that are digital services activating immediately upon payment. A booking grants you temporary display rights on a domain for one reserved window — you do not purchase or own the domain itself. Because of the time-limited nature of our service, we have a specific refund policy outlined below.
Eligible for Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Technical failure: If the domain does not display your content due to a technical issue on our end and we are unable to resolve it during your active period.
- Duplicate charge: If you are charged more than once for the same page.
- Content moderation rejection after payment: If your photo passes initial screening but is later removed by our moderation system before the booked window has meaningfully started.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind: You decided you no longer want the page after the booking has been confirmed.
- Content removal by request: If you or someone featured in the photo requests a takedown, the page is terminated but no refund is issued as the service was delivered.
- Policy violation: If your content is removed for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Expired bookings: Once the booked window has ended, no refund is available.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@namewick.com with the following information:
- The domain name you used
- The approximate date and time of your purchase
- The reason for your refund request
- The email address used for payment
Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through the payment provider that handled your transaction and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank, wallet, or platform billing method.
